Applications now open for Obuda University’s first Entrepreneurship Academy

University Entrepreneurship Acadeny

Obuda University, with the support of Obuda Uni Venture Capital, is launching its first Entrepreneurship Academy, a hands-on program designed for those who want to gain a deeper understanding of how startups are built in practice.

The program is led by Martin Olczyk, a four-time founder and investor in more than 100 startups, who previously led the Techstars accelerator in Torino. In recent years, he has supported over 80 teams in raising nearly €250 million in funding.

During the program, participants will gain a comprehensive understanding of how startups work, from turning ideas into companies, identifying real problems, and engaging with users, to building solutions that meet genuine market needs.

The program runs for a total of 10 weeks, split into two phases: 5 weeks in Spring 2026 and 5 weeks in Fall 2026. At the end of the program, selected participants can take part in a professional field trip to Torino, where they can collaborate with international startup teams and attend leading innovation events, including the Italian Tech Week.

The detailed description of the Entrepreneurship Academy and the introduction of Martin Olczyk are available at this link.
